Combine PDF files
Paperwork arrives in pieces, a scan here, an email attachment there. Combine the pieces into the single document the form, broker or solicitor asked for.
Guide
How to use it
- Gather the pieces first: downloads folder, email attachments, scanning app exports.
- Drop them all onto the tool at once, page counts confirm each file opened.
- Put them in reading order with the arrows, cover letter first, evidence after.
- Combine, download and check the page count matches what you expect before sending.
Examples
Paperwork patterns
Passport scan, bank letter, sponsorship form, photos-of-documents converted to PDF: one bundle in the order the checklist lists them, uploaded once, accepted first time.
Invoices exported monthly plus receipts scanned quarterly become one year-file. January first, the arrows fix the shoebox ordering.
Odd pages in one scan, even pages in another (single-sided scanner, both sides needed): combine, then reorder pages precisely with the split tool if the interleave went wrong.
Method
How it works
Identical engine to the merge page: pages are copied in your chosen file order into a new PDF on your device. Different scanning apps produce different page sizes, combining preserves each page at its own size, which viewers and printers handle correctly.
Nothing uploads. For financial and identity paperwork that is not a nicety, it is the requirement, and it is why this tool exists.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
My scans are images, not PDFs. What first?
Run them through JPG to PDF (one PDF per batch), then combine here, or do the whole job there if it is images only.
Can I interleave pages from two files?
Combine them whole here, then use the split tool’s extract mode to rebuild the exact page order. Two passes, full control.
Does file order matter before dropping?
No, drop in any order and rearrange with the arrows, the list is the truth.
Will different page sizes look odd?
Each page keeps its own size. Viewers show them seamlessly, printers scale to paper, if uniformity matters, rescan at one setting.
Is there a total size limit?
Practically, your device’s memory. Hundred-megabyte bundles combine fine on a laptop, enormous scan archives may want splitting into volumes.
Who sees my documents?
Nobody. The combine happens in your browser’s memory and the result downloads straight to your device.
